**Please make all checks payable to Benton Elementary PTO and specify color, sleeve length, or amount as needed. Include your childs name and homeroom so that items maybe delivered to their room as soon as available. We have many sizes in stock, but some may need to be ordered as we run out. We are using a local vendor so that turnaround should be minimal. ***Please Note: The black tshirts bought at the Fall Festival and in 3 days following, were found to be defective. If you have one of the originals bought please return to the school (if you haven't already) with your students name and homeroom so we may get it replaced for you. The shirts when washed had the lettering deteriorate, even if you haven't experienced please send in for a replacement. Vendor has guaranteed this not to happen in the future or your money will be refunded. Sorry for the problems! |
