AFTER SCHOOL REHEARSAL SCHEDULE
(Begins Tuesday, August 5th)
Monday Sectionals if Necessary
Tuesday 3:30pm-7:00pm
Thursday 3:30pm-7:00pm
Friday If we do not have a ball game we will rehearse every Friday 4:30pm-8pm
(The students will be dismissed from the field at the above times)
SECTIONAL REHEARSAL BREAKDOWN
*Sectionals may be called by the directors/instructors, with 2 weeks notice, for Monday 3:15-4:30 for any individual, section or group that is not meeting the standards set by the directors.
Calendar of Events
Please do not ask to be excused for work, doctor’s appointments, vacations, make-up tests, class meetings or any other activity requiring you to miss any of the mandatory rehearsals or performances. Make arrangements before hand for these situations. Tardiness and absences from mandatory rehearsals and performances will have a negative affect on your position in the Marching Marshals.

October 24 …………Football Game (we will dismiss early this night depending on our draw for state)
October 25…………Regional Marching Competition-must attend for state (Central Hardin HS, Elizabethtown)
November 1………State Marching Band Competition – Uni. of Louisville
